Digital images will be sent to you for your approval prior to shipment or delivery of your package. If your arrangements are not exactly as you had envisioned them, we will gladly make any changes you request at that time. Your bridal package will not ship or deliver until you are 100% satisfied! Customer service and satisfaction is our primary goal
Other designers or websites may offer lower prices, but usually at the sacrifice of quality and customer service. Pre-made arrangements offer little or no availability for customization, which means you will end up with the exact same arrangements as possibly hundreds of other brides.
